Time Frame: You can return any product purchased directly from us within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your headset must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Certain exceptions apply on products advertised as "Final Sale", "Clearance" and/or "Special Buy" and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to exchange it at no additional cost to you. Please follow the same steps mentioned on the right and indicate that you would like an exchange when you contact us.
